When we were kids, we couldn't wait to grow up n fall in luv. Now that we are grown up, we realise that wounded knees were easier to heal than broken hearts
The tensed earth
Lo and behold! The arrival of bioweapons announced The giant that inflicts pain invisibly The assassin that takes life mercilessly The kidnapper that snatches man from his family He takes no ransom He pities no man Crying helplessly is the earth For this global war is too terrifying The earth is tensed The earth is in pain Could it be that the end is near Oh yes! The end is near And the Lord is not happy with us Let us collectively ask for HIS forgiveness So HE would cleanse the earth for us Now we need HIM more than anything For HE alone can see us through this The earth is stained With naked sins Yet we don't feel remorseful of our ill acts Oh GOD our LORD we cry onto YOU as the only HELPER we've got Have mercy on us and cleanse the earth Do not be angry with us for long For indeed we cannot survive without YOUR mercy The earth is tensed! The earth is tensed! The earth is tensed! And we can feel the tension of the earth!!!
